Jeffrey EisenbergJeffrey Eisenberg,
CEO President

Jeffrey Eisenberg is the co-founder and CEO of Future Now, Inc., a New York City marketing firm specializing in Persuasion Architecture™; the practice of designing and optimizing persuasive systems to increase client conversion rates online. Jeffrey is also the co-author of the #1 best-selling Wall Street Journal, New York Times and  BusinessWeek best sellers: "Waiting For Your Cat to Bark?" and "Call to Action".

Jeffrey has been featured by The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times and been credited in Business 2.0, CXO Europe, Advertising Age, Forrester Research, Microsoft's bCentral and more for his expertise in internet marketing and improving online conversion rates. He has spoken at events for the likes of DMDAYS, National Association of Broadcasters Annual, Federal Reserve Bank of New York and ClickZ Email Strategies.

Prior to co-founding Future Now in 1998, Jeffrey developed his expertise in offline sales and marketing management working for companies like IDT, Central National Bank, NYFX, Nuestra Voz and Bridges East Africa. Jeffrey attended Touro College, is natively fluent in Spanish and English and has transacted investment/ merchant banking business in 26 countries.

Executive Vise President – Intellectual Property

Bryan EisenbergBryan is recognized worldwide as a leading expert on online marketing and marketing analytics. A co-founder of Future Now, Inc., Bryan is also one of the inventors of Persuasion Architecture™, a process for persuading customers when they ignore marketing efforts.

Bryan has co-authored the #1 best-selling New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and  BusinessWeek bestsellers, "Waiting For Your Cat to Bark?" and "Call to Action".  He is the publisher of Future Now's award-winning blog and newsletter GrokDotCom, is the author of ClickZ's column "ROI Marketing" and also teaches at Roy H William's Wizard Academy.

  Bryan has been featured extensively by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CXO Europe, Inc Magazine, Microsoft's bCentral and more for his thought leadership in the critical areas of internet marketing, web analytics and improving online conversion rates.

A founder and Chairman of the Web Analytics Association, Bryan has consulted for and run seminars for companies such as: Universal Orlando, GE, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, HP, CBS, Dell, Volvo and many others.  He is also a regular featured speaker at events across the globe for events such as Ad:tech, DMDAYS and Search Engine Strategies.

 


John Quarto-vonTivadarJohn Quarto-vonTivadar,
Chief Scientist

Having worked on NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope, when John says, “It’s not rocket science,” he does so with authority. A co-inventor of Persuasion Architecture(R) and one of the original shareholders in Future Now, John melds his business and technology background into his role as Chief Scientist and CTO at Future Now. He's a regular speaker at seminars and conferences in North America and Europe, having written multiple books on various technology topics, such as "Discovering Fusebox". His newest book, "Always Be Testing: The Practical Guide to Google Website Optimizer" published by Sybex is expected out in late summer 2008.

Previously, John was CTO of an Internet incubator in NYC with more than 40 web-based businesses across a wide range of B2C and B2B markets, pioneering development of the highly acclaimed “Category Manager”, “iTract” and “e-Marketplaces” web applications. While a member of the Chicago Board of Trade for five years, he ran an institutional trading desk on the floor and managed a private hedge fund valued in excess of $5 million.

 

 

William E. SchlothWilliam E. Schloth,
Chief Financial Officer, CPA, MBA  

William Schloth is the Chief Financial Officer of Future Now. He is also Senior Managing Director of Finance for the Future Now Capital Markets Group.

William has been investing in and advising private and public startup and middle market companies for over ten years. Most of this time has been spent in senior management and investment banking positions with various small to midsize financial service and brokerage firms. His specific industry experience includes consumer products and services, basic manufacturing, financial services and interactive marketing.

Earlier in his career William held senior management positions with GE Capital and Coopers & Lybrand. He also has experience as an entrepreneur, successfully co-founding then selling his own full-service brokerage firm as well as founding a specialty high-end financial and technology management consulting practice.

William is a certified public accountant, with an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business in Marketing and Finance and is also a licensed securities financial principal and investment advisor.

 


Howard KaplanHoward Kaplan,
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Howard is ultimately responsible for delivering end-to-end delight to all those who engage our consulting services, partner with Future Now, or license our software tools and methodology.

Howard also actively consults with clients, helping companies remove speed bumps on their conversion paths, and always preaches “believe what they do, not what they say!” In addition to providing thought leadership in the space through writing and blogging he's also spoken about Marketing Optimization at leading conferences like Internet Retailer, Shop.org, Ad:tech, Marketing Sherpa, Search Engine Strategies, among others.

Since the early 90's, Howard has been an internet pioneer. He was designing Search Engines and engineering Content Management Systems for PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Global Web Team before they were industry buzzwords.

Howard is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery, a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and the holder of three Vince Lombardi Trophies.

 

 

Brian Bond,
Vise President - Marketing

Brian Bond joined Future Now in November as the Vice-President of Marketing and Products. Brian is an experienced internet marketing professional with over 10 years of varied experience in the consumer and B2B space.

Prior to joining Future Now, Brian was with Hewlett-Packard where he served as VP of Marketing and VP of Product Management of Logoworks. Brian has also held leadership roles in initiatives around product management and marketing non-profit, software, subscription services, and professional services for companies such as A&E Television Networks and The Generations Network (formally myFamily.com/Ancestry.com).

 


Glen Tsurumoto,
Practice Leader

Glen Tsurumoto is Future Now’s Interactive Practice Leader, responsible for managing consulting services. He brings over 25 years of experience in information technology, consulting and systems development to Future Now. 

Glen has worked in a variety of industries including airlines, automotive, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, publishing, oil and gas, distribution and retail. Before joining Future Now, Glen was Director of Technology for Savatar, a marketing and sales consultancy, where he managed all technical and operational aspects. Glen was also an account manager with ZEFER, a Boston-based Internet consulting firm, Vice President of Architecture for Fidelity Investment and a technical consultant at CSC Index in their world-renowned Business Reengineering Practice.

He holds the Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
