Founded in 1998 by internet marketing consultants and bestselling authors, Bryan and Jeffrey Eisenberg, Future Now Group, Inc. (OTCBB: FUTR.OB) is a New York City-based interactive marketing optimization firm. Future Now Group, Inc. is globally recognized as a leading voice for increasing online conversion rates, optimizing multi-channel marketing and web analytics use. Driven by the question “Why do people do what they do?” the team at Future Now Group, Inc. focuses on helping clients better understand their customers and convert that insight into profits.  Future Now noticed a problem: "why do 98% of the people who voluntarily visit a website typically leave with their goal unresolved?"  This outcome seemed unacceptable, and while most businesses focus solely on increasing traffic to their websites, Future Now realized it is the the returns on traffic that truly pay off in the long run.  They began to work with select clients to address this problem.

  • After years of intense research and work with clients Persuasion Architecture® was created. Persuasion Architecture® is the software methodology which identifies the type of visitors a web site receives and the information that interests them, thus improving customer satisfaction and increasing customer conversions.  During this 8 year development phase Future Now continued to generate revenue and earnings growth without the need for any serious marketing.  Instead the company prospered solely on word-of-mouth marketing generated from the reputation it earned from clients and the dramatic successes clients enjoyed in lifting their businesses conversion rates.

 

The creation of Persuasion Architecture® in its software implementation has allowed the company to grow from a consulting business to a “software as service” company thus expanding the company’s reach, product offerings and revenues.  In 2007 the Future Now management team expanded the business further, transitioning from a research and development company into a growth company.  The company’s first outside capital was raised and it completed a reverse merger.  With the new capital and access to the public markets for the first time the company has expanded its marketing and sales staff. 

 
Timeline of Growth: 

  • Prior to 2007, the company’s research and development phase it recorded profitable and steady revenue growth.  During this period, the Company grew revenues from $554,000 in 2003 to just over $1.6 million in 2006 and operating EBITDA from 1.2% to 15.9% for the same periods.
  • Since 2003, the Company has successfully introduced and implemented its processes and software solutions to over 150 mid-to-large size companies.
  • In 2006 the Company increased its product revenues by 255% over the previous year, and posted record growth in its licensing and training revenue channels.
  • In April 2007, Google Inc. released their Google Website Optimizer product and Future Now was selected as the Premier Partner (joint public relations campaign) and Authorized Consultant for this launch. Future Now has used this free Google tool to test various sections of clients' web sites to optimize and increase conversion rates for those clients. 
  • The company collectively authored two NY Times best selling books, “Waiting for your Cat to bark” and “Call to Action”.

 

With Future Now’s major development completed the focus is expansion and growth.  The company has added several development and marketing team employees and continues to look to expand.
